Patricia Davis joined the Neurotech team in January 2022 to lead the Clinical Operations team. Patricia has more than 23 years of clinical experience and 20 years of clinical research involvement with a focus in clinical operations and early phase Oncology. She has direct experience in the areas of clinical operations leadership, clinical monitoring, project management, and line management of multiple departments. Additionally, she has experience in leading new initiatives, departmental restructuring, defining and refining process efficiencies, SOP development and training/mentoring individuals at various stages in their clinical research careers.
Prior to joining Neurotech, Patricia most recently worked for a mid-sized biotech, Agenus, as a Sr. Director Clinical Operations for early phase oncology trials in which she led the clinical operations team through an accelerated BLA submission and BIMO inspections as well as overseeing a healthy pipeline of trials with more than 20 direct reports in her department. Her previous therapeutic experience includes oncology indications such as early phase HNSCC and solid tumors, prostate cancer, Ewing sarcoma, Desmoid tumors, and immune-oncology studies in several other tumor types.
Over the years, Patricia has dealt with over 10+ FDA inspections and a significant number of Sponsor audits, SMO audits, CRO vendor audits and a multitude of special site visits from CRO quality groups. She has also dealt with a robust Oncology Phase I-IV program as well as a growing Cardio program and Pediatric Oncology. Patricia also led an important Yale University collaboration to help refine and grow their oncology clinical research program.
Patricia is a licensed practical nurse since 2000. She is also Clinical Research Contract Professional with MAGI and a member of the Regulatory Affairs’ Professional Society.
